Genome Compiler will be launching its newest and best version yet on November 14th. There are many great changes that have been made to the software’s views and features. The software will now offer simultaneous viewing of DNA sequence and the translation layers, a split view per project of the sequence and plasmid, a new and enhanced plasmid view, collapsible annotation layers and more. Feature upgrades include more manual and automated primer design options, enhanced primer UI, primer libraries saved per project and more advanced restriction sites filtering. New features include virtual digest and a restriction ligation Cloning Wizard.
